WHO WE ARE

Pleasure Aquatech Pools is the largest locally owned pool company in the greater New Orleans area and has been designing and building pools since 1994. To better serve the needs of our customers, we provide service on each side of Lake Pontchartrain. Our Mandeville office, located just off Highway 59 less than one mile from 1-12, is a modern, state-of-the-art facility. Three highly trained pool designers are on staff, using 3-D technology on two 50" HD monitors to design pools for discriminating clients. We also have the metro area’s only pool showroom featuring two fully functional pools to provide you with the opportunity to make a more informed purchase decision. No one is more qualified to design and build your pool than Charles Elfert and Pleasure Pools.

THE EVOLUTION OF THE ONE MAN POOL COMPANY

In the pool construction business, there is no shortage of small, one man pool companies who seem to do nice work at great prices. But the truth is that while the “one pole builder” may talk a good game, they can be hard to reach when you need them, and may not be the best choice for service after the sale. After all, if the one man pool builder is working on someone else’s pool, they can’t possibly take care of your project at the same time, as no one can be in two places at once!

At Pleasure Pools, the main reason we maintain a staff of pool professionals is not for our sake – it’s for YOU (our customers)! We understand that the one man pool builder may seem less expensive, but we know that unless you are just building one pool at a time with nothing else to do, you can’t do the other things necessary to run a successful business and take care of multiple customers at once. We believe that our larger staff allows us to provide customer service unlike any you will find in the metro New Orleans area. We have 3 pool designers on staff to make sure you get just the right design. We have construction supervisors so that your pool project doesn’t wait while another job is being completed. And once your pool is done, we provide pool service and maintenance including a fully stocked warehouse to ensure that you get the maintenance products you need, when you need them.

OUR POOL SHOWROOM

One of the things we are most proud of at Pleasure Pool is our new pool showroom which was built to allow our customers to touch and feel important pool features before making a buying decision. On the North Shore, Charles Elfert has brought his dreams into a reality with his new 9,000 Sq. Ft. facility on Highway 59 in Mandeville offering two full-sized, operational display pools. For many years, Charles has appreciated the benefits of visual aids and real-life scenarios to ensure that his clients have a personal understanding of all elements involved in swimming pool building and design.
